Teaching Kids Self-Defense is Our Specialty
Self-Defense
At its core, Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids how to defend themselves against attackers and when to find help.
Anti-Bullying
Bullying is a hot topic in our culture. Our hands-on approach shows kids how to deal with these situations.
Teamwork Building
While you fight one-on-one in Jiu-Jitsu, we teach our students teamwork and respect of their fellow student.
