For our youngest students, aged 4-6, we lay the foundation for self-defense knowledge by teaching them the basics of Jiu-Jitsu. Through exciting activities and games, kids will learn to control their bodies, improve coordination, and develop essential motor skills. Our playful approach to sparring ensures that children have a blast while learning valuable techniques.
